Legacy Bouquet

The Legacy Bouquet is an exercise in processing our life as a patient or our relationship with the patient as a family member or close friend. We look at the qualities that make up a life fully lived and attach memories to each characteristic. Each memory is then written down and folded into a paper origami flower that creates a keepsake bouquet to remind us of love and gratitude and keep our loved ones close.

As a Shamanic Healing Practitioner, Elena has spent time, what we call, “journeying” to the Underworld, another plain of consciousness often associated with the dead. There is a garden in the Underworld where each flower represents a different quality of life. Elena brings this concept of the final garden to life.
